Each experience is unique and honours its host location’s people, culture, traditions, wildlife and environment. We seek to bring incredible people together through our Expeditions, Recces, and Community-Lead Trips.
NORTH KOREA IN DEPTH
We’re launching a series of new in-depth sports, cultural and Korean language instruction programs in North Korea for 2019-2020 and beyond. Our team has worked in the DPRK for the past ten years and we’re excited to present a new approach to tourism, exchange and positive engagement in North Korea.

We brought stick on moustaches to the Pyongyang Ice Arena one morning for hockey practice and the players were intrigued.
Learning Korean in Pyongyang
We took an introduction to Korean Language class at Kim Hyong Jik University in Pyongyang taught by a local professor of Korean.
This short film follows freediver and wildlife photographer Karim Iliya on a journey to Islands of Vava'u, Tonga in the South Pacific. Each year, hundreds of southern humpback whales migrate from the cold, nutrient rich waters off Antarctica to the safe, warm shallows of Polynesia to give birth, raise their young, and mate. Karim takes us underwater into his world to document, promote and protect these incredibly sentient animals.
