Admissions to expedition trips are based on a successful application. A team member will review your application and will make a decision based on the answers you provide and the prequalification requirements you meet.

You must put down a deposit of $600~$1500, depending on the cost of the trip, in order to secure your spot, in addition to filling out an application form.

Your deposit payment is used to pay needed deposits and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

All trips must meet their minimum operational number of participants at least 60 days before a scheduled departure date. Should a trip not meet this number, then it is canceled and all deposits collected are returned.

Balances are collected between 90 and 60 days before the trip’s scheduled departure date.

On an Inertia Expedition, you can expect an immersive and engaging experience that goes beyond the traditional notion of travel.
